JLL Tenant Representation represent Carnegie in its lease agreement

Carnegie was occupying approximately 1,375 sqm over two floors (+3 and +4) in a building named Le Dôme block A in Luxembourg according to a lease signed on February 2016.Further to the acquisition of Part of Carnegie Group by UBP, the office premises were no longer needed in Le Dôme and Carnegie wished to terminate its lease ahead of the next break in March 2022.

JLL acted on behalf of Carnegie as its representative throughout the entire project.

JLL provided an end-to-end service by leading the negotiations with the Landlord and third parties to reduce the financial liability as much as possible, by marketing the space and identifying new tenants to take over the offices, by assisting Carnegie to solve all outstanding technical issues in the leased premises.

We knew that JLL is a very competent service provider. In this particular case, our expectations were surpassed. We were truly impressed by JLL’s representative, Emna Rekik, who was extremely professional, friendly and always available to us.
