What you can expect as a candidate when applying for an open JLL role.
Upon successful application, a member of our Talent Acquisition team will be in touch to find out more about you or to arrange an initial meeting with the Hiring Manager. Because JLL is such a diverse business, each interview is tailored to the role for which you are interviewing.
During your interview, you’ll have the opportunity to meet with a few different stakeholders and visit one of our offices to understand how JLL operates.
In some cases you may be asked to undertake some form of testing, such as a personality profiler or a simple skills test. We’ll make sure you are prepared, brief you beforehand and will share the results with you afterward.
