JLL assisted Advanzia Bank in relocating its new flagship offices in Luxembourg
Advanzia Bank has been steadily growing in Munsbach, renting a surface of 3,600 sq.m.
This building no longer accommodated their growth. JLL teams advised Advanzia throughout the entire project.
Advanzia Bank has been steadily growing in Munsbach, renting a surface of approximately 3,600 sq.m.
This rented building no longer accommodated their growth and was not aligned to their needs as a digital bank. Advanzia wanted to nurture a different working culture, adopt new ways of collaboration and offer an attractive workplace to retain and attract talents.
Another key driver of the project was to enhance the bank’s ESG and sustainability approach and reduce its carbon footprint, which led to a built-to-suit project.
The 4,265 sq.m Emerald building will implement sustainable, efficient and green technologies and materials, and will be certified with the green label certificate “Excellent" according to BREEAM, one of the world's leading sustainability assessment methods.
A team of experts within JLL assisted Advanzia throughout the entire project.
The EMERALD Building will be the exclusive home to Advanzia Bank and its employees and is located at a short distance from the bank's current location at rue Gabriel Lippmann in Munsbach, Luxembourg.
The JLL Tenant Representation Team acted as Advanzia’s trusted advisor in securing the deal and negotiating the best terms and conditions, providing relevant market insight and recommendations.
JLL’s PDS team successfully advised Advanzia on its workplace strategy and design concept, and the implementation thereof during the construction works.
TETRIS, as part of JLL group, played a pivotal role in this project by overseeing the design and providing the furniture elements of the project. The comprehensive design was conceived from the ground up by TETRIS designer, Marie Chaveriat.
