Offices of tomorrow | Flexibility and well-being : expectations to fulfill

November 07, 2022

For two decades, the JLL Group has placed sustainable development at the heart of what we do. Firstly, by supporting its clients in their search for work spaces and their fit-out based on an “ESG” strategy developed for and with its clients, and even by constructing buildings to ever more demanding standards for its clients. Then, by constantly seeking to improve the working conditions of its own employees, on site or remotely. This rigour implemented by the company has been rewarded for many years, as evidenced by the 44 awards JLL has received for our sustainability commitments. But we can do more. The world of work is always evolving and we must continue to be attentive to our employees’ needs. Our recently completed Workforce Preference Barometrer 2022 demonstrates this. Giving our teams more flexibility, equipping them with the latest tools and supporting them on a daily basis to ensure their well-being are just some of the steps we are taking to remain a driving force for change in the world of real estate. We owe it to our future generations.
