Back to normality

After the flamboyant year 2021, the occupier activity is back to a more normal level of deals.

The current context weigh on the transaction flow but the main reason was the absence of huge transactions. Take-up went 57% lower y-o-y to 116,000 sq.m.

Vacancy did not change much at 3.7%. No change recorded either in prime rents that are maintained at €52 / sq.m. / month (excl. VAT) in the CBD.

On the investment side, volume was comparatively low while yields were confirmed at 3.25%.
