Office Market Dashboard Luxembourg Q3 2020
Demand is still there but decision-making in the transaction process slows down deal closing
- Office take-up volume in Q3 was lower than previous quarter with 19%, but higher than Q1 with 29%
- Overall vacancy in Luxembourg is currently at 3.6%, almost the same as in Q1
- Prime rents remained the same with the exception of Cloche d’Or who reached 32 EUR/sq.m./month
- Yield slighlty decreased to 3.9% from 4.0%
