- Favourable tax environment is boosting service sector transactions and keeps pressure on already low vacancy rate.
- Companies from Co-Working sector becomes big players in total size of transaction during 2019.
- The third quarter has been also high for Retail transaction which are at a record 23,973 m2 during Q3. The full 2019 to date is at 30% above the 5Y average in terms of number of transactions.
