JLL Industrial Agency advised Vodafone for its latest strategic move

JLL is pleased to announce that JLL Luxembourg played a pivotal role in Vodafone Group's latest strategic move!

Vodafone Group has just signed an agreement to create a new pan-European logistics hub in Luxembourg's Bettembourg Logistic Park. This 26,000 sqm facility, developed by MG Real Estate, will centralize the storage and distribution of mobile and fixed network equipment for Vodafone's European markets. 

Notably, this new facility will be highly sustainable. It's designed to achieve an Outstanding BREEAM certification by incorporating sustainable materials, processes, and technologies to minimize carbon impact.
