JLL assisted Ista in relocating its new offices

Ista Luxembourg S.à r.l. (Ista) had been renting offices in a building located at 23, rue des Bruyères in Howald. This building being demolished in 2024, ista had to find a new recent office space latest 31^st December 2023.

As its employees were commuting from Germany and from the south of Luxembourg, ista was looking for new offices in the same area, with a good parking ratio and easy access for clients and technicians.

As a partner of social and private housing, ista offers sustainable solutions to save resources. This approach is at the heart of the company's mission and had to be reflected in this move project.

Target was clearly to choose a new, modern and sustainable workplace solution to enhance the employees’ well-being and focus on both clients and talents retention

Achievements

The JLL Tenant Representation team identified an office building in construction in the preferred area, with a desired completion date in 2023 meeting ista’s timeline.

As their trusted advisor, JLL secured the deal and negotiated the best terms and conditions, providing relevant market insight and recommendations.

JLL also provided support to find temporary offices to relocate ista’s team until the new building is being now later delivered.
