ista Luxembourg S.á r.l., a leader in submetering of remote energy and water meters, marks a new chapter with the opening of its relocation in Heidekraut building, Howald (designed by BFF… architecture urbanisme ). This move aligns with ista's mission to offer sustainable solutions that ensure responsible resource use. Over its 55-year presence in Luxembourg, ista has become essential in accurate consumption data services and energy resource management.

Faced with the demolition of their previous office in Howald, ista sought a new space that prioritized sustainability and convenience for employees commuting from Germany, France, Belgium and Luxembourg. With a tight schedule to relocate, JLL partnered as a trusted advisor, ensuring a seamless transition to a modern and sustainable office that fulfills ista’s needs.
