JLL  supports the real estate developer CREAHAUS for the land acquisition and the sale of a new residential project, located in the district of Dommeldange, Luxembourg

JLL assisted the real estate developer CREAHAUS for the acquisition of a building land in the district of Dommeldange in Luxembourg city.

As part of this assignment, JLL also analyzed of urban prescriptions of the plot and the building potential.

The land, ideally located on the heights of Dommeldange district and close to the financial district of Kirchberg, represented an excellent development opportunity of a future residential project.

Due to the favorable urban situation, the developer proceeded to the building of a new real estate project of 20 residential units, which includes 2 residences: «  DEGAS I » and « DEGAS II ».

JLL has supported CREAHAUS from the first beginning with the land acquisition, and is assisting the developer with the sale of the residential units as well.

This beautiful project will be delivered at the beginning of 2023.
