JLL Tenant Representation mandated by SEB for their new headquarters
SEB has been located in the Cubus 3 building since 2012. Ahead of the expiry of the lease, SEB mandated JLL to implement a real estate strategy on SEB’s behalf. JLL was asked to investigate both a potential relocation as well as the option of staying in the current building while negotiating more beneficial terms with the landlord.

Our Tenant Representation team offered an end-to-end service, which included performing thorough market research and financial analysis of all available On and Off Market options, visiting the selected spaces and debriefing SEB. In parallel, JLL engaged in negotiations for a potential lease renewal with the current landlord.
SEB’s final decision was to renew and prolong the current lease in Cubus 3. JLL obtained on behalf of SEB great incentives together with increased flexibility.
