Working as part of our Residential Agency team, you’ll source and develop new business opportunities on the Luxembourg market. You’ll be responsible to target potential buyers and to organise active prospection campaigns.
In this job, you’ll actively manage a portfolio of residential units and you’ll negotiate and prepare sales with both local and international clients.
Education and Experience
You’ll need over 18 months experience in sales. You’ll be a mature and reliable consultant seeking to take on a pure sales opportunity.
Considering who our clients are, you’ll be fluent both in French and English (written and spoken). Should you have knowledge of German/Luxembourgish, it would be a real plus.
Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook) is obviously necessary.
You’ll have excellent communication skills with a strong customer service focus.
