  • Take-up down 38% y-o-y to 47,224 sq.m., but the number of deal increased by 10% to 80
  • Vacancy falls to 4%, the lowest since Q2 2009
  • Stabilisation of prime rents at €47 / sq.m. / month (excl. VAT)
  • Quiet investment activity so far: €235 Mln volume. Large deals coming in Q2
  • Prime yields unchanged at 4.5%, compression potential in the short term
