As a Project Manager, you’ll follow up office fitting-out and refurbishment projects acting on behalf of our clients.
Your role will include preparing the budget based on plans, organise the tender procedure, compare the offers and issue the orders.
Once the works started, you’ll be the one who supervises them on site, controls both budget and timing and reports to the client.
You’ll also be responsible to follow up with the legal control organisms whenever necessary.
You’ll finally manage the provisional acceptance of the works.
A degree as interior architect or engineer will be useful and you’ll need some experience (2-3 years would be ideal) in a similar role.
You’ll have fluent knowledge of French and of English. It would be great if you have working knowledge of German besides.
Autocad holds no secrets for you. You’ll also be used to working with MS Office including Excel and MS Project. If you can use a 3D-software, it will be a real plus.
As a good Project Manager, you’ll be a well-organised and structured person.
