Tetris Design & Build offers a full turnkey service for office fit out and refurbishment projects.  From a project’s inception to completion we offer our clients one point of contact to deliver quality, efficiency and value. Our services include consultancy, design, project management, office fit out and delivery. Tetris is a wholly owned subsidiary of Jones Lang LaSalle.​

​What this job involves  

​You’ll endorse the financial and administrative responsibility of the department and assist the department head and the project managers in their operational tasks.  This will include the general administrative and office management of Tetris, organization, filing, research, and marketing.

In this job, you’ll also prepare client presentations and provide commercial assistance.  

Last but not least, you will be responsible for the financial & contractual management of all project related revenues/ expenses; for the fees and costs forecast, follow-up, controlling & reporting (in our Tetrisoft software); for client and supplier billing.

​Smart

You’ll hold a bachelor degree as management assistant or have experience in a similar function. 

You’ll have fluent knowledge of French and English, both written and spoken.  

​Numbers & IT-Literate

You have an interest for figures as you will take full responsibility to manage the financial side of projects with accuracy and to provide diverse reporting with our dedicated tools.  However, academic accountancy knowledge is certainly not required therefore.

We’ll expect you to have knowledge of MS Office, including excellent control of Excel and Powerpoint. 

​Organised

Being rigorous and having good organizational skills is vital for this position.

​Open

You have an interest for persons, i.e. our client and partner contractors

You are a proactive person, ready to take responsibilities alongside our project managers but you will also be able to carry out your own tasks autonomously.
