Tenant Rep assists Linklaters in a strategic analysis in Luxembourg

Located in the K2 complex since 2007, Linklaters wanted to study the best strategy to implement in Luxembourg, considering several scenarios such as a renewal and extension of its current lease or a relocation to a new building that meets the firm's requirements in terms of representativeness, quality and comfort.

Acting as Linklaters' exclusive advisor, the JLL Tenant Representation team provided the firm with a market environment analysis to understand the proposed conditions on buildings of similar quality.

In parallel, the JLL Tenant Representation team conducted all discussions with the current owner in order to establish the best financial and contractual conditions for a potential renewal of the lease agreement.

The analysis of the different scenarios and the financial modelling of the impacts incurred provided Linklaters with all the necessary tools for decision-making.

Linklaters' final choice was to renew and extend their lease agreement in the K2 complex.

JLL worked closely with the law firm until the conclusion of the lease agreement.
